We have used Oak Sure Construction for many years on various projects on our home from fitting a new front door, new bathroom to more recently a loft conversation. We have always found Stuart to be very professional and knowledgeable. We couldn’t be more pleased with the finished result of our loft conversation. During the build there was minimal disruption and the site was always left in a tidy state. Stuart @ Oak Sure…… built an extension to the ground floor of our home comprising a dining room, utility area and cloakroom. Without doubt, he and his team are the best builders we have employed during the 26 years we have lived in Shirley. The building started on the agreed day and finished on time without any major problems and also on budget. The team were diligent, cleared up at the end of each day and were pleasant and helpful. They also were flexible with any adjustments and additional work required during the build and returned quickly after completion to fix a couple of small snags which was nothing to do with their work [water was coming from the light which was due to the waste outlet in the shower above]. The quality of the materials and work is high and reasonably priced and I would recommend the company for any building work in and around the home, shop of office. We have employed the company for other work since the extension and they continue to offer consistency and reliability.’

Whenever there is a building, tiling or plumbing job to be done around the house, I will contact Stuart to establish whether he is available to provide a quote. As we both work full time, Stuart works round our schedule and will drop round at a time and date, which suits us. He is always punctual and provides quotes, which are, in our opinion, good value for money.

Having known Stuart for eleven years, we trust his professional judgement and have never been disappointed with any of the work that he has carried out to date. Stuart is a tidy worker and the standard of his workmanship is high. We would have no hesitation in recommending Stuart as a professional builder who takes great pride in his work, delivers on time and to budget.

Stuart @ Oak Sure was recommended by a family member who had previously used him on a number of building projects over the years. He did a full house renovation Including fitting a kitchen and bathroom. His price was competitive and the service was very professional. He kept me informed of the progress of the build which kept the project on track and his team kept the site clear and safe throughout the project. I would like of offer my feedback to Stuart at Oak Sure who worked at our family house in Addiscombe, Croydon. I got recommended to Stuart via a work colleague and he sung his praises. I requested a quote from Stu for a loft conversation and he promptly came around and gave me lots of advice about what things we could potentially do, he explained the whole process from getting drawings done and contacting the council. He was very patient and offered a very competitive price. I took my chances and used Stu, let’s say I was not disappointed, he arrived early every day with a great work force and his work was outstanding. We were going to have just two bedrooms in our loft, but after a discussion with Stuart he highlighted we could also have a small bathroom and some loft space. This turned out to be a fantastic idea. Stu managed to keep the mess to a minimum due to the size of the job, he prided himself on hovering the house before he left every day. Considering this was potentially a daunting task Stuart made us feel relaxed every step of the way, even when he had to cut the roof off our house. I can’t recommend Stuart highly enough, very professional and all-round nice guy. Five stars.

My Wife and I have just used Oak Sure Construction to replace our old plastic conservatory roof for an insulated pitched roof. They used a light weight plastic tile and also added 2 electric Velux windows. We are highly delighted with the professionalism and how they left the place clean and tidy after each day. We will use them again and would highly recommend this company.
